Cancellation Penalties for Hotel Bookings

Cancellations must be notified in writing on a business day. The day of notification and the day the trip begins are not included in the day count. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the entire booked service.

• More than 31 days before departure: no penalty for changing the booking date. For refund requests, an 8% fee applies only to payments made via credit/debit card.
• Up to 31 days before: 35%
• 30 to 21 days before: 40%
• 20 to 10 days before: 50%
• 9 to 3 days before: 75%
• 2 days or less before, no-show, or early departure: 100%
